骂方方、骂阎连科、骂网民、骂下等人，这位以上等人自居的就是项立刚。
项立刚何许人也？项立刚，安徽芜湖人，网上说是通信业知名观察家，在罗永浩眼里就是一个无名小辈。项立刚原本是中专毕业靠自学考上中国人民大学的，真不知道他的优越感从何而来。
项立刚以爱国者自居，在他眼里别人不是“下等货”、“贱民”就是“二傻子”、“低智商的猪”，一张嘴就是“这些当然不是你这种下层能懂的，你有这智商？”
项立刚的嘴特别毒，骂张国荣骂女性骂国足骂公知骂作家，说什么“60年代的老油渣们都死光了，中国就真正的强大起来”，“有时说杀一批公知”。项立刚杀气腾腾，连最起码的宪法都不懂了，总是一副“你敢说老子心态不对”的面孔。
项立刚极端偏激，语不惊人死不休，对网友还缺乏最起码的尊重，喜欢搞进行人身攻击，要么说人是小地方出来的，要么说人垃圾大学之类的。
项立刚喜欢上纲上线阴谋论，关于996的讨论，在他眼里变成了中国媒体配合敌对势力打击中国的又一次联合行动，“把矛头指向加班，这就是一个阴谋”。
项立刚好像对作家有深仇大恨，宣称：所有的号称“社会良心”、“中国良心”的作家，都是骗子，没有一个例外。相信这些人是“社会良心”，都是被驴子X出来的异种。
项立刚这样说作家：“说起来，我少年时对未来的职业理想是当一个作家，为这个方向努力了很多年，因为中学偏科，没有考上大学，中专毕业，还要考中文系的研究生，终于考上，进了这个圈子，才发现，作家不是流氓就是骗子，对社会贡献小，对社会危害大。和这些人混在一起，经常不会有好下场”。
在中国哪个圈子是干净的，哪里没有流氓和骗子。项立刚以偏概全打倒所有的作家，缺乏起码的逻辑。
项立刚还是人大的中文硕士，真不知道这文学史是怎么学的。
没有作家你能吟诵“朱门酒肉臭，路有冻死骨”，没有作家能读到“横眉冷对千夫指，俯首甘为孺子牛”。
当代有没有“社会良心”“国家良心”的作家呢？
答案当然是有。在当代有两部作品直面现实，看了以后让我涕泪长流心痛不已，一部是《落泪是金》，一部是《中国农民调查》。
1998年，作家何建明的反映贫困大学生求学生活的长篇报告文学《落泪是金》感动了无数读者，引起了社会各界对贫困大学生的关注。
何建明说：“要让读者喜欢、老百姓满意，这是强调作家的良心、正义感、道德观的意义所在。”
2003年《当代》杂志发表由安徽作家陈桂棣、春桃夫妇撰写的《中国农民调查》，结果引起轰动，有人感叹，“让我们这些自诩维护社会良心和正义的记者们无地自容。”
作家的“社会良心”是靠作品来说话的，不像喷子们怼天怼地，别人都是流氓和骗子自己最高尚。
项立刚是半路出家的文科生，通信专业水平如何我们不清楚。但是有一点很明显，说话有煽动性，攻击性强，故意制造话题，达到哗众取宠赚取流量的目的。这个观察家大部分时间在喷人，一个典型的喷子。
项立刚喜欢碰名人的瓷，结果却不得不道歉，一个是方方，一个是罗永浩。
项立刚给方方道歉，是因为把“半城郑州”的手机配图当作方方发了，方方表示这是“造谣构陷”。
项立刚说罗永浩叫人发短信给他，叫他当托儿！结果罗永浩让他拿出证据，骂他：”拿出证据啊，臭傻X！“，结果不得不给罗永浩道歉。
没有证据就乱喷，真以为自己天天看着新闻联播，就是上等人可以满嘴跑火车了。
干什么都难，唯独当喷子容易，只需要付出口水就行，不需要道德责任和良心。
项立刚也不是什么人都敢喷，眼睛朝上嘴皮朝下，尸位素餐高高在上的一个字也不敢说。
项立刚在大众面前是怒发冲冠，在领导面前可是另一幅面孔，“今天和一位领导汇报一件大事，不是约了去办公室，也不是约去喝茶，而是在大院里散步两小时，边走边说，说完走人。”然后又说和某个市长散步如何，还玩了一把凡尔赛，炫耀自己是上等人。
喷子的本质是色厉内荏，一副唬人的面具而已，喷子不缺口水缺良知。

They had arrived in San Francisco, where their ship was decommissioned, and Paul bet that he would find himself a wife within two weeks. He was a taut, tattooed engine mechanic, six feet tall, with a passing resemblance to James Dean. But it wasn’t his looks that got him a date with Clara Hagopian, a sweet-humored daughter of Armenian immigrants. It was the fact that he and his friends had a car, unlike the group she had originally planned to go out with that evening. Ten days later, in March 1946, Paul got engaged to Clara and won his wager. It would turn out to be a happy marriage, one that lasted until death parted them more than forty years later. Paul Reinhold Jobs had been raised on a dairy farm in Germantown, Wisconsin. Even though his father was an alcoholic and sometimes abusive, Paul ended up with a gentle and calm disposition under his leathery exterior. After dropping out of high school, he wandered through the Midwest picking up work as a mechanic until, at age nineteen, he joined the Coast Guard, even though he didn’t know how to swim. He was deployed on the USS General M. C. Meigs and spent much of the war ferrying troops to Italy for General Patton. His talent as a machinist and fireman earned him commendations, but he occasionally found himself in minor trouble and never rose above the rank of seaman. Clara was born in New Jersey, where her parents had landed after fleeing the Turks in Armenia, and they moved to the Mission District of San Francisco when she was a child. She had a secret that she rarely mentioned to anyone: She had been married before, but her husband had been killed in the war. So when she met Paul Jobs on that first date, she was primed to start a new life. Like many who lived through the war, they had experienced enough excitement that, when it was over, they desired simply to settle down, raise a family, and lead a less eventful life. They had little money, so they moved to Wisconsin and lived with Paul’s parents for a few years, then headed for Indiana, where he got a job as a machinist for International Harvester. His passion was tinkering with old cars, and he made money in his spare time buying, restoring, and selling them. Eventually he quit his day job to become a full-time used car salesman. Clara, however, loved San Francisco, and in 1952 she convinced her husband to move back there. They got an apartment in the Sunset District facing the Pacific, just south of Golden Gate Park, and he took a job working for a finance company as a “repo man,” picking the locks of cars whose owners hadn’t paid their loans and repossessing them. He also bought, repaired, and sold some of the cars, making a decent enough living in the process. There was, however, something missing in their lives. They wanted children, but Clara had suffered an ectopic pregnancy, in which the fertilized egg was implanted in a fallopian tube rather than the uterus, and she had been unable to have any. So by 1955, after nine years of marriage, they were looking to adopt a child. Like Paul Jobs, Joanne Schieble was from a rural Wisconsin family of German heritage. Her father, Arthur Schieble, had immigrated to the outskirts of Green Bay, where he and his wife owned a mink farm and dabbled successfully in various other businesses, including real estate and photoengraving. He was very strict, especially regarding his daughter’s relationships, and he had strongly disapproved of her first love, an artist who was not a Catholic. Thus it was no surprise that he threatened to cut Joanne off completely when, as a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin, she fell in love with Abdulfattah “John” Jandali, a Muslim teaching assistant from Syria. Jandali was the youngest of nine children in a prominent Syrian family. His father owned oil refineries and multiple other businesses, with large holdings in Damascus and Homs, and at one point pretty much controlled the price of wheat in the region. His mother, he later said, was a “traditional Muslim woman” who was a “conservative, obedient housewife.” Like the Schieble family, the Jandalis put a premium on education. Abdulfattah was sent to a Jesuit boarding school, even though he was Muslim, and he got an undergraduate degree at the American University in Beirut before entering the University of Wisconsin to pursue a doctoral degree in political science. In the summer of 1954, Joanne went with Abdulfattah to Syria. They spent two months in Homs, where she learned from his family to cook Syrian dishes. When they returned to Wisconsin she discovered that she was pregnant. They were both twenty-three, but they decided not to get married. Her father was dying at the time, and he had threatened to disown her if she wed Abdulfattah. Nor was abortion an easy option in a small Catholic community. So in early 1955, Joanne traveled to San Francisco, where she was taken into the care of a kindly doctor who sheltered unwed mothers, delivered their babies, and quietly arranged closed adoptions. Joanne had one requirement: Her child must be adopted by college graduates. So the doctor arranged for the baby to be placed with a lawyer and his wife. But when a boy was born—on February 24, 1955—the designated couple decided that they wanted a girl and backed out. Thus it was that the boy became the son not of a lawyer but of a high school dropout with a passion for mechanics and his salt-of-the-earth wife who was working as a bookkeeper. Paul and Clara named their new baby Steven Paul Jobs. When Joanne found out that her baby had been placed with a couple who had not even graduated from high school, she refused to sign the adoption papers. The standoff lasted weeks, even after the baby had settled into the Jobs household. Eventually Joanne relented, with the stipulation that the couple promise—indeed sign a pledge—to fund a savings account to pay for the boy’s college education.
